The American India Foundation (AIF) is a non-profit organization actively involved in various sectors, including livelihood, education, health, and fellowship programs. AIF initiated collaboration with Patuck Technical High School (English Medium) in the education sector in 2020.
Ms. Urvashi Makwana serves as the representative of AIF and works as a coordinator with the school. Throughout the partnership, AIF has introduced co-curricular activities for students in Std. VI to X. Initiatives such as “Mission Recycling” were implemented to raise awareness about the significance of plastic recycling and educate students on waste reduction and segregation.
Another impactful program introduced was “MasterCard-Girls4Tech,” focusing on empowering girls by emphasizing the importance of STEM and technology in shaping their careers in the emerging technology sector.
AIF has been a strong supporter of subject teachers by providing content for both online and offline classes. Additionally, STEM kit models for Science and Maths, along with teacher training, were supplied to enhance classroom learning experiences.
Beyond this, AIF has played a guiding role in encouraging students to participate in the Manak Inspire Award, showcasing its commitment to fostering holistic development in education.
